Open Hours
We are a small team dedicated to providing quality care to fit our patients' differing scheduling needs. Physio HQ is open Monday through Friday with staggered practitioner shifts. Individual physio availability can be viewed directly within our booking portal.
Note: Our admin desk operates during core middle-of-the-day hours to support patient inquiries.
Physio HQ Clinic Hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 7am - 7pm
Thursday: 7am - 5pm
Friday: 7am - 3.30pm
Saturday: By special appointment only
Sunday: Closed
Physio HQ Reception Hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
Thursday: 8am - 4pm
Friday: 8am - 1.30pm
Sat & Sun: Closed
Physio HQ is located in Mairangi Bay, right on Sunset Road with close access from Constellation Drive and the Northern Motorway (SH1).
We're just minutes away from Sunnynook, Windsor Park, Campbells Bay, Murrays Bay, and Albany, making high-quality physiotherapy care convenient and accessible for Aucklanders.

You can call us during our reception hours or you can reply directly to your appointment reminder text or booking confirmation email! Bookings made more than 48 hours prior receive a text reminder. All incoming messages are time-stamped so we can action your request based on when you sent it.
