APPOINTMENTS:
All appointments are 30 minutes with the exception of Pelvic Health Initial appointments, which are 60 minutes in length.
CANCELLATIONS:
For the Health & Safety of all, please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell.
If you need to cancel or reshcedule your appointment you can do so by calling 09 475 5780 or replying to your reminder text which is sent 48 hours before your appointment time. We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Please be aware that any same-day cancellations or non-attendees will be charged a $30.00 fee.
SHOCKWAVE THERAPY TREATMENTS:
This is an optional add-on during a physiotherapy appointment, incurring an extra cost of $40 per session beyond the appointment's consultation fee. We recommend this treatment based on your specific injury and its potential benefits for your recovery. Scroll down to read more about shockwave.
