Our Service Fees
We keep our pricing clear and transparent to help you plan your care with confidence. Fees vary depending on the type of appointment. For eligible ACC claims, the surcharges listed reflect the portion you’ll pay beyond ACC’s coverage.

Note: Shockwave therapy is available as an optional add-on during physiotherapy appointments. It can’t be booked online or separately — simply book an ACC or Private appointment, and the $40 add-on will apply if shockwave is used in your session.
IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
FOR PATIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 16
It is an ACC requirement that anyone under the age of 16 years old have a parent or guardian accompany them to their initial appointment. This is because individuals under 16 cannot sign the consent form to lodge ACC claims. The necessity for a parent or guardian at follow-up appointments can be discussed with the physiotherapist.
ACC Claims
No referral is needed for ACC appointments. We can lodge a new claim for you at the clinic or link your visit to an existing one.
You'll just need to complete a consent form for each new injury, which includes a section for injury details. This helps us process or locate your ACC claim quickly and accurately.
APPOINTMENT DURATION
All our appointments are approx 30 minutes. Please note we can only treat one condition per 30 minute appointment under ACC.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULINGS
For the health and safety of our staff and patients, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting the clinic.
Same-day cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments will incur a $30 fee, in line with our clinic policy.
